While our roots began in a community kitchen and ghost kitchen operation, we're thrilled to now welcome guests into our own intimate dining room.

Our Story
The name Hungry Thaiger is more than a playful nod to Thailand; it represents our passion for bold flavors, hard work, and authentic Thai cooking.
Our chef grew up in a family restaurant in Thailand, where food was at the center of everyday life. Those experiences continue to influence every recipe we serve today.
After building Hungry Thaiger one order at a time from a community kitchen, we took the leap and opened our first restaurant. It's a dream made possible by the support of our customers, friends, family, and community.
While our restaurant may be small, our goal is simple: serve great food, treat people well, and create a place where everyone feels welcome.
