As a ghost kitchen, we operate from our local community association, offering direct pickup, and a delivery option using the Uber Eats platform. Without a dine-in storefront, we focus on producing quality and authenticity in every bite, making delicious Thai cuisine accessible to everyone in Calgary’s Southwest and beyond.
Our Story
The name "Hungry Thaiger" is more than just a playful nod to Thailand; it embodies our passion for bringing bold, traditional Thai flavors to our community. Founded by a husband and wife team, we draw our inspiration from the heart of Thailand itself. Our chef, who grew up in a bustling restaurant in Thailand, is the culinary force behind our menu. Her expertise and love for cooking have made her the go-to chef for every gathering we’ve hosted. While we dream of one day opening a full service restaurant in our community, our journey has led us to the unique opportunity of running a ghost kitchen, allowing us to serve our delicious meals in a more intimate and personal way.
